Ed was involved in the design, construction and buildout of the 16M project from it’s initial conception in 2012 and was responsible for the property management of the 16M building in Lower Downtown through the sale in July of 2015.

16M is a Class AA mixed-use building prestigiously located on the corner of the 16th Street Mall and Market Street in historic Lower Downtown Denver, and with an additional three full floors of underground parking, the project totals almost 300,000 SF. Featuring four floors of luxury apartments, five floors of premier office space and a full floor of prime retail and restaurant space at street level, 16M caters to the vibrant live-work atmosphere of Lower Downtown Denver, Colorado.

Signature Centre

The Signature Centre office building was the first LEED Platinum Office Building in the State of Colorado in 2007, including for tenant interior spaces. Ed guided the common area and exterior upgrades in 2017, as well as the property management for this 183,675 SF Class A property during their five-year term of ownership. He was also involved in the leasing, buildout and remodeling of several corporate office suites during the term, and the sale of the property in 2021 as an owner representative.
Cabo Azul Resort by Diamond Resorts

Integrated Properties handled construction oversight and consultation for several properties owned by Diamond Resorts in the continental US, Hawaii and Mexico. Ed assisted with the construction oversight for the expansion and hurricane damage restoration of the 5 Star Cabo Azul Resort in Cabo San Lucas/San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico in 2015.

Ed managed the 168,526 SF office building for over 10 years, and was involved in the leasing as well as the buildout of full floors and several individual suites throughout the years. During this term, Ed was also involved in the elevator modernization project and handled the construction oversight of the restroom remodeling project, including all new wall and floor tile, fixtures, countertops and lighting.
