Built on Integrity: Excellence in Real Estate Management
A Denver, Colorado native, Ed began his real estate career in 1977 with the purchase of a duplex while still in college, gaining firsthand experience in property management. After earning his real estate broker’s license in 1979, he shifted focus from residential sales to commercial leasing, sales, and multi-family acquisitions.

With a degree emphasizing commercial real estate from the University of Denver, Ed built a diverse skill set in appraisals, property management, construction, and development over the last 40 years. He's led commercial buildouts, the construction development and design of various office buildings and resorts, and brought to fruition complex land and housing development projects. His ability to adapt through major market downturns underscores his financial expertise and strategic approach. Ed takes pride in his hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail in every project.

Beyond real estate, Ed’s dedication extends to his personal life, with over 32 years of marriage and six children. He is an active community volunteer, contributing to organizations such as the Winter Park National Sports Center for the Disabled, Boy Scouts, and Westernaires.
